restriction digest

Hiii Guys

i would like to request your help in the following matter. i want to design and enzyme that cut the mutant sequence. i checked the webcutter and nebcutter webs. however, did not show any specific enzyme that would cut the mutant and not the wild. please if you have any idea let me know.

I think that pretty much depends on the sequence and the mutation caused ;)
