The question is

A fellow scientist has a mutation in her gene that is essential for homologous recombination. What are the possible results of this mutation?
a) increasing rates of autosomal monosomy in her live children
b)increasing rates of autosomal trisomy in her live children
c)increasing rates of polyploidy in her live children
d) no change in birth defects observed.
