protein databases?

Post by kida_tra » Sun Aug 07, 2005 5:58 am

Is there any protein database(s) that has a search field using the length of peptide length instead of names?

I hope anyone can reply asap because I am doing a final year project and on a fast deadline...

Thanks,

Kida
