Pyramid of Biomass

Post by adamjkok » Fri Sep 03, 2010 9:28 pm

I'm honestly beginning to hate Biology. My district is out for a 4-day weekend, so guess what that means...

If you guessed "project," you're right! And I need help!

So basically, here are the directions:
"Work in teams to design a picture representation of your ecological system" (my group was assigned to the saltwater ecosystem).

Then there are 5 different parts. Since I'm in a group of 5, we each decided to do one and then put it all together. My part requires me to sketch the pyramid of biomass (with color and labeling). The directions say "the organisms used should be representative of your assigned ecosystem. You may sketch and color the organisms and/or bring pictures of organisms from home to paste onto your your poster.

So I need to know what to put on the pyramid. What organisms should I use?

just look for whatever can live in saltwater ecosystems, from bacteria, protozoa, small animals to salamanders, fishes and mammals and of course do not forget to plants and fungi or that kind of stuff

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
