Soil Bacteria Help

Post by austin » Thu May 20, 2010 5:30 am

I have a upcoming research project for a chemical biology class. The research focus is "using soil bacteria as a reclamation and degradation tool for styrene based plastics". I know how I am going to conduct the experiment, I'm just not finding much information through my research. I've been looking over the different types of bacteria, plastics, and the history of previous work on the subjects. If someone could throw me a bone, and enlighten me on the history and low down of styrene based plastics relating to soil bacteria and/or visa versa, it would be much appreciated.

Regards, Austin
