Making stable cell line expressing large gene

Post by kingsupercat » Mon May 10, 2010 9:53 am

Hi,

Could anyone give me some advise on how to make permanent cell line expressing large gene (about 2,088 amino acids)?
I'd tried for many times, but the element seemed to be difficult to integrate into cells' genome...
Thank you very much.

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
