Advice on biology for an engineer_urgent

Post by rpriyamtech » Mon Apr 12, 2010 2:17 pm

Dear all,
I would like to use some fluorophore to study skin penetration. The idea is to apply a fluorophore topically, and allow it to penetrate a skin model in vitro. Using a 532 nm laser, i would like to detect the penetration of this fluorophore at various depths of this skin model. I am looking for a suitable fluorophore excitable at 532 nm. Can you please help me....
Thanks in advance.

Here's a good source for fluorochromes:

An Alexa fluor 532 might do the job.
