Only for intelligent enzymologists

Here I give another interesting question, but now it is for enzymologists,,,

If we have two enzymes, and they are iso-forms of each other, I mean in the form of iso-enzymes numbered :

Enzyme 1,
Enzyme 2..

So, that the enzyme 1 is iso-form for enzyme 2.....

And we have get a single substrate which fits both of them, and during the biochemical reaction both enzymes bind with the same substrate forming:-

2ES complex....

Now, which one of these two enzymes will have more affinity to show its product ? ? ?

Think about it, or let me tell you then

not really, you need to know the properties of both enzymes, how else you want to compare them? Just by some artificial numbering?
Or do you mean, how would we found out?
