Chemiosmosis in mitochondrial and chloroplast is different.
-to get ATP, proton move from inside to outside through ATPsynthase on mitochondrial membrane ( and from inside to outside with chloroplast)
-chemiosmosis in mitochondrial get higher yield than chloroplast because of higher proton concentration.

Read forum rules. The topic shouldn't be named in such a way that it seems we are doing your homework for you.

That's cool man. Don't worry about it. But sometimes teachers come on sites such as this one seeing if their students are getting people to answer homework for them. I know someone who was failed for an entire course because they asked for an answer on a forum. Just looking out for your own good.
