As far as I know, the telomerase is the important part of the Chromosome.The telomerase contains RNA and it protects the Chromosome from being cut.

As far as I know, the telomerase is active only in embryonic or some cancer cells, but definitely not in somatic cells.

Telomerase is not active in normal cell.But it exist.

BY the way ,some people tell me it is mrna.

does anyone tell me the correct answer

yeah, but as it's not expressed, it's obviously not on chromosomes, right? :wink:

You see, how simple :lol: But I would say pre-mRNA, because it's further proccessed till it becomes mature mRNA

I know theres portion of human DNA in chromosome, but I do not know much about hnRNA, im sure it contain in nucleus, but I cannot recall if its from choromosomes.

One of my favorite RNA genes that then binds to the chromosome: Xist
