Double digestion

Post by Bill123 » Tue Mar 16, 2010 9:24 pm

Hello everybody, I have constructed a gene library, which is made from two parental genes (gene 1 and gene 2). Now I want to say I have digested this library with two restriction enzymes, so, is this sentense correct:

"The two restriction enzymes are selected corresponding to the single restriction sites of different parental genes."

Thanks a lot!!!

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
