zinc sulphate-competitive or non-competitive inhibitor?

Post by lyk » Thu Mar 04, 2010 11:33 pm

I would like to know if ZnSO4 is a competitive or non-competitive inhibitor for catalase, and if it is temporary or permanent.
Any ideas or links i go check out would be great.

thanks

http://www.brenda-enzymes.org/
http://www.brenda-enzymes.org/php/resul ... o=1.11.1.6
but there is not mentioned ZnSO4.
Anyway, both competitive and non-competitive inhibitions are temporary
