sorting genes list by expression

Post by lance977 » Mon Mar 01, 2010 8:45 pm

Hi

I have a list of 8k genes and I want to check which of them are expressed only in some particular tissue type, for example only in liver, kidney. Is there any known tool available to do such analysis?

Thanks,
Lance

https://www.genevestigator.com/gv/index.jsp
(but 8k genes will be a little problem...)

So, you have the list including the expressions or just the genes and wish to find the expression profiles?

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
