Rst vs Fst

Post by extari » Tue Feb 23, 2010 5:39 pm

Hello,

I am trying to use SPAGeDi software to compare Rst and Fst statistics by pRst and I don't know how can I do it. Could someone tell me how can I do it?
Which steps must I follow?

Thanks
