Accuracy of Article Regarding Muscles

Post by Jozyyn » Tue Feb 23, 2010 5:13 pm

I've been looking around the net for some information regarding the differences between slow-twitch and fast-twitch fibres in regards to some work that I need to do for my class.

I've found this article, but having read very little around the topic before I am unsure of its accuracy. I'd really appreicate it if you guys could check it out for me and inform me of any inaccuracies or anything else I might need to know about the subject.

The link is below, anyway:

Thanks in advance! :D

Fair point, other articles tend to be more in depth however.

It does appear that the link I have posted is accurate based upon the reading I have done today though, so thanks for your help.
