Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has ever made a lysis buffer also called "Relax Buffer"? If so can you let me know how much for 200ml? Many thanks

there apparently isn't only one relax buffer as one link says:
10 mM EGTA, 25 μM CaCl2, 20 mM MOPS, 50 mM KCl, 6.8 mM MgCl2, 12 mM phosphocreatine, 5 mM Na2ATP, ...
http://www.sciencedirect.com/science?_o ... 0a7eb1fe3b
and the other:
10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 100 mM KCl, 10 mM NaCl, 1mM EDTA, 1 mM PMSF, 10 ug/ml chymostatin

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
