growth curve modeling: r2 or SE more important?

Post by molpharm » Sun Nov 29, 2009 9:17 am

I'm doing some log curve modeling to quantify growth rates in yeast. Is is better to chose a fit that increases the r2 or that decreases the starndard error of the growth rate???
