When using water, what is the difference between distilled water & bi-distilled water?

The more-times distilled water is more pure.

jwalin: I don't know, how much familiar are you with chemistry nomenclature (especially of organics), but there are two types of numering
di- bi
tri- tris-
tetra- tetrakis-
etc.
with the second used for large substituents

Distilled water is not pure enough for some experiment, eg. PCR.But bi-distilled water can do it,and it is enough. After that tri-distilled water will not get a much better efficient, but a waste.
