Post by Bill123 » Fri Nov 27, 2009 8:49 pm

I am writing a thesis, I have a scentence which is very difficult for me. Would you please tell me is it very correct?? Thank you very much.

"However, a clear main DNA band in agarose gel corresponding to the expected size of the recombinant plasmids (~5kb) was available from the subsequent product of QuikChange amplification."
