That question was in test or why is that such a big problem? If it was just an exercise in class, than it shouldn't matter, should it?

i see ,i think why the number of the protein is not 99 or98aa but 150 AA is that Progress in chemical modification of protein ,maybe some protein is added more than 50aa aminos.

it wasn't an exercise, it was a problem from the homework the class assigned.
