Chromodomain PHD finger proteins - HsCHD3

Post by ashwanth » Wed Oct 21, 2009 8:36 am

HI there guys, I am desperately looking for anybody who has the HUman CHD3 protein or any other chromodomain-PHD finger carrying proteins cloned intactly ( without introns) into some plasmid. I would like to use them for my studies, or if u know anybody who has used such plamids for their study ( references to contact )

kindly help,
Thank you in advance

Francis

Cis or trans? That's what matters.

Hey Jack, thank you, but i did try pubmed and i am being very unsuccessful to identify with someone who might have it cloned into a plasmid. However, Mi-2 alpha is also another name for it and i guess there is someone.

I guess there is higher chance to find some article about this protein on pubmed, than find here someone, who works, with exactly this protein ;)
