Drug dissociation constant

1) I need to calculate the concentration represented by one molecule in a animal cell. You should know that typical animal cell is 15 um in diameter and 1 um in thick. You will also remember that avogrado's number is 6 x 10^23.
2) To think about - a rod shaped bacterium is about 1 mm long by 0.5 mm in diameter. What is the concentration of one molecule in this volume.
What would be the Kd (dissociation constant) of a drug need to be bind on molecule in the cell volume that you calculated.

Well, I'm pretty sure, that we remember Avogadro's number :twisted:
Why don't you calculate it by yourslef? What's the problem?
