Hookah and sports

Post by phillmill » Sat Oct 10, 2009 4:08 am

I don't know much about hookah but I know friends who do it. I am wondering would it do any harm to a lacrosse player like me who works out 2-3 times a week and plays game every week?

Yeah, it's always some friend ;) :-D

I guess it won't be worst than cigarettes, but for sure it won't be beneficial

it will harm your lungs perhaps.
from what i come to know smoke is also breathed in or out ??? doesn't make a differnce ultimately it goes in.
toxic you know.
just like smoking atleast athletes or sportspeople should avoid it for their betterment.
anyways . be it anyone it should be avoided.
remember anything in excess is bad
it isn't what you do that matters but it is how you do it
