Cellulose filater papers and Xylanases?

Hi,
Can anyone explain which filter paper should be used for xylanases concentration, Cellulose or Polyethersulfone?

If is it made from pure cellulose, than it shall work, but PES should work for 100%, I think

Thanks for the reply.
I am using regenerated cellulose membranes in the concentrating device.
I do use PES but in ultrafiltration units.
Now dilemma in choosing which one is perfect for xylanases, coz, the amount of sample is small.

So you actually don't care about the filter paper being degraded, but about your sample, right? :-D
If you care about recovery, than probably more the softness, than material by itself will be of mind ;)
