Hello everybody- so this is my first post and i hope to get lots of replies :D

i was just wondering where out there i can get information on the ranking of proteins that co-exist in different body fluids and in cellular compartmets. Like the amount of albumin or igG etc in the body.

I am not sure where to start looking- can anyoe help me out? am i on the wrong bord? maybe i should ask under a differebt topic like cell biology??

I don't understand exactly what you're looking for? Are you looking for numerical values of the amount of particular proteins in different places in the human body? If so, I am sorry to tell you that there's no such database (that i know of). your best bet is making a list of all the proteins you're interested in and then looking each one up on pubmed.

find out where these proteins function and stored. Their concentrations correspond to that. albumin is responsible for blood pressure right? so where is that located? inside or outside the cell? And immunoglobulin G, whats so special about this guy? what does he do in your body.
