Unknown Bacteris Identification

I need help identifying my unknow for my micro class. Can anyone help? Please...
Here is what I have done in lab and here are my results:
Gram (-) rod
Facultavtive aerobic
motile (+)
glucose fermentation (+)
lactose (-)
starch hydrolysis (+)
casein hydrolysis (+)
indole (+)
methyl red (+)
V-P (-)
citrate (+)
nitrate (+)
urease (+)
catalase (+)
oxidase (+)
Any help is greatly appreciated?

could it be proteus vulgaris?

i believe the oxidase test is truly negative and not positive so i'm leaning towards proteus vulgaris. let me know if anyone thinks different. Thanks.

Encourage you to do you own work but will offer that bacteria are facultative anaerobes - not facultative aerobes.

Do you have access to a KIA or TSI slant? Streak the stop and stab the slant to the bottom. If you have Proteus, you will have strong H2S production (black color) towards the bottom of the slant. One easy method, although I wouldn't condone it for identification : ) is that Proteus usually has swarming motility on plain NA, so if you inoculate the center of a plate, you will have concentric circles that extend til the edges within 1-2 days if incubated at 37.
