Since I can't find the Ethology topic on the list, then I post this here, sorry..

What's the difference between innate behaviour and Fixed Action Patterns (FAP)?
It seems like they both are just the same..
'A spider that spins its web', this belongs to innate behaviour or FAP?

Not positive, but I think that fixed action patterns are an aspect of innate behavior, and innate behavior is a wider category.
