Blood types ?

Post by Highlander » Thu Mar 12, 2009 5:09 pm

Could you please help me with this thing that has been bothering me for a while:
If mother's blood type was A, Rh+ and father's B, Rh-, could they have a child with a blood type Rh- ?
Give me a short explanation, too.

Thank you!

Yes,
if Mom on X 1 Rh + and X 2 Rh- her phnotype will be +
and father must be Rh-/Rh-
thus kid can be RH -
so he is legitimate
have fun
