I isolated total RNA from mouse lung tissues by using Qiagen RNeasy minikit( Triazol-chloroform-spincolumn). Total RNA was very good in quality and quantity when I checked with Agilent. Now I want to isolate miRNA from those total RNA. I already tried with Ambion kit. But it did not work. Now one thing is in my mind whether I lost miRNA when I isolated total RNA. Do you have any suggesstion about isolating miRNA from those sample?
