ok so this is sort of evolutionary but it is for molecular bio I promise. umm, just wondering what role early autotrophic bacteria played in the developement of our atmosphere. also, what are three things that resulted from their activity. I know that they (the early autotrophs) released enough oxygen into the atmosphere to cause primary heterotrophs to die and secondary heterotrophs to arise but Im not really sure of what else happened. help would be greatly appreciated
