I have some question in " if the trees same varieties was bought to grown in different environment, I mean to other country where different geogryphy zone about 20 years ago, environment has a effect to DNA or not?
Can I check DNA by ISSR techniuqe?

The gene expression will be different, I think, environment affects the phenotype of organisms but I don't think that it changes the DNA or what.
always aim for the sky, for if you fail, at least you can reach the clouds..

are you talking about the same tree or trees as in the population of planted trees including offspring?
