I don't think so, they are called lungworms because they infest lungs.

dear oberhaenslir,

Lungworms are nematodes. As all nematodes, they do not have an well-developed respiratory system, but breath through their tegument(skin). And yes, they are called that because they infest vertebrate lungs.
