Describe the major differences in the spoilage of carbohydrate rich vs. protein rich foods. What types types of organisms are involved and what are the major products of spoilage in each case?

I always think it's funny that people use commands in their questions...instead of asking they're demanding, hey you, DESCRIBE to me this phenomenon.
