Effects of change in pH on cellmembranes?

Post by hunter7 » Sat Nov 08, 2008 8:53 pm

I'm having trouble finding out what part of the cell membtrane is affected the most by changes in pH level. What would be the effects of acid and alkaline solutions on that part of the cell? Would acidic or alkaline have a bigger effect?
