gene family evolution

Post by svishwan » Wed Nov 05, 2008 12:53 am

Hi Friends, I have to do a project on characterising a gene family in arabidopsis, where in i have to study the evolutionary relationships between the members of this gene family. I dont have a bioinfo background. Does anybody here has any experience in this field of Bioinfo. I would greatly appreciate any help and guidance to get this work going.

find a book on bioinfo in your library. Too much to explain.
