Ocean mammals

Ocean mammals can be differed from fish because they have a horizontal tail (that's I've heard the most). You can see that whales and dolphins have it. do this horizontal tail affects their speed in the water? is it faster than the vertical one?
Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?
A: They have all the solutions.

Orizontal tails also help it swim vertically... Because mamals do not have a gaz vesicle to swim vertically...
At least that is what i think... :D
