Small blue flowers

Can someone identify this plant? I asked the owner, however she has forgotten the name.

It looks like it could possibly be a flax...
It would help if you could post a bigger picture with a closer more detailed shot of the flower itself.
Also, please identify what part of the world this is growing in.
What did the parasitic Candiru fish say when it finally found a host? - - "Urethra!!"

it can be VERONICA 'Bergen Blue', sometimes i use them:) check www.florela.co.uk
