Cellular proliferation

Post by jgalt » Thu Apr 24, 2008 7:06 am

What usually limits cellular proliferation in a culture: a) clonal selection b) availability of nutrients?

I thought both would occur.
Does "in culture" & not in an organism matter for this?

Do you know what clonal selection is?
Yes, in culture would matter.
