Is it true that moles are the endings of some kind of transport vessel[i don't know the right word but i hope this will do]?
[to see whether its true i did pierce one of them and found a sort of gel like black substance]

I can think that moles are related to the accumulation of excess melanin on the skin
Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?

Not a smart thing to do. If you bother moles too much, they can become cancerous.

You can actually cut moles off with a pair of scissors. Doctors will do it for you, but that is really not necessary for the strong at heart. You need a really fine pair of scissors which sheer as they cut, ones made of real fine steel. One hand pulls the mole away and the other makes one quick, forceful cut. You have blood all over but a little bandage will stop it. In a week or so, it is healed and there is just a little scar.

Please don't actually try this, it's highly dangerous. Go to a doctor for advisement.
