oh i think i studied this

same

both have DNA
both have metabolism

differences

Eukaryotes have a nucleus, prokaryotes don't
Prokaryotes reproduce with binary fission and eukaryotes reproduce asexually or seuxally

People shouldn't help someone such as the OP who just doesn't google it first. I'm sure the answer is even on this site!!

Of course it is, both in the tutorial section and discussed on the forum. But it is easier to ask others do the work for you.

prokaryotic cell:
1) generally small sized
2)consists of an undefined nuclear region containing nucleic acid
3)contains single chromosome
4)membrane bound organelles are absent

eukaryotic cell:
1)generally large sized
2)consists a well defined nuclear region surrounded by a nuclear membrane
3)contains more than one chromosome
4)membrane bound organelles are present
