Hello everybody, I'm french and I want to become an ethologist, more than everywhere else in Canada. Can you help me and inform me about the study I have to follow to realize my dream.

As a french working in Canada I would suggest this:

First find the good curriculum in France, and study there. It's cheaper, and our universities are good. When you got your degree (say a Ph.D./doctorat) look for post-doctoral fellowships to move to the country of your choice and good luck. As a post-doc in Canada it worked fine with me.
