Post by okmedcui » Sun Jan 27, 2008 3:08 pm

Hi,
During the experiment of extraction of genomic DNA from E.coli, we added 2% SDS/2N NaOH solution to a cell suspension containing lysozyme. What's the use of SDS?
thx
