Microglia isolation

Post by magnum1 » Tue Jan 15, 2008 2:12 pm

Hi Guys,

My new research topic is isolating microglia cells from adult rat brains. My question is: does anyone know an quick, relatively easy method to obtain these cells? I tried some methods (Percoll gradient for example), but I didn't have any successful results.

Thanks for your help and patience!
