Conversion confusion

Please guide me; I want to make 100uM oligonucleotide stock from 329pMoles (2ug) supplied (lyophilized in TE).

100 uM is the same as 100 pmol/ul. You're not going to be able to make very much of your stock solution. Only about 3.29 ul, I reckon, not adjusting for the volume occupied by the solids.
