Need help understanding activities of the stomata

Post by LilTinINDE » Tue Oct 02, 2007 11:29 am

Can someone please help me understand the activities of the stomata in a step by step process for when the sun goes down and when the sun goes up.
I thought I had an understanding of it but now I'm confused by what my instructor told me.

Thanks!

It depends on your plant. Ordinary plants photosynthesize in the day, so the stomata is open for gas exchange. Now lookup CAM and C4.
