A single sequence of meiosis from one diploid cell results in four haploid daughter cells by undergoing two cell divisions.

How many diploid cells would be needed to make 64 haploid daughter cells? In other words, how many cells would need to go through meiosis? How many divisions take place in each sequence of meiosis?

We don't do homework questions. We offer genuine assistance where people are stuck. If you want your homework done go open your biology book and read it because the answers are generally there.
