How to prevent aggregation of isolated nuclei

Post by toruchao » Mon Sep 10, 2007 1:51 am

Hi, everybody!

I have been working on isolating nuclei from liver tissues in order to perform nuclear Run-On assay. I would like to resuspend the isolated nuclei well in order to count nuclei number accurately, but many nuclei tend to aggregate so far in many resuspensin buffers I tried.

Could you provide me the information about good resuspension buffer for the isolated nuclei which is suitable for the nuclear run-on assay?

Thank you very much for your help in advance.

Tom
