Hey, it's a fact you know.... :lol: it has been proven that drinking urine is good.. :lol: so, anyone wanna try it? maybe if you are annoyed by its taste, you can put up some sugar, soda or mix it with milk. :lol:

Urination is meant to get rid of posionous toxins drinking urine without treating it is dangerous.

In times of lack of water, the only way to make water a benefit to the body is to boil it to get rid of the toxins (after letting it cool down - you donb't want to be scoulded)

Ozge is right. When you boil it, you get rid of most of the water too... Plus not all toxins are eliminated through boiling

You're probably not going to have the tools for multiple distillation when you are deserted though. If this were the case, Survivor would be the easiest show on TV.
