ecoli's size

can ecoli be viewed at 2000X?
if yes how big would it be?

Escherichia coli cells are elongated, 1–2 µm in length and 0.1–0.5 µm in diameter, at 2000X, that would be 2-4 mm long, 0.2-1.0 mm in diameter. Can someone check my math on this? I'm not sure.

Yes you will. Tehy will appear as black sticks, and no details will be visible, but you will see them.
