ionic strength of the nucleus

Hello,

does anyone know about the ionic strength of the nucleus and the nucleoplasm respectively? I can not find any publications.

ionic strength is the composition and concentration of all ions in a solution (see wikipedia "ionic strength").
I ask because I want to make buffer that resembles the nucleoplasm.

Strange question.

I = 0.5*sum( Ca * Za^2 ) is ionic strength of ion a in solution.

So maybe you ask nucleus charge?
